Hi,
I’m Warwick, Director and owner of At Work OH&S since 2003.
As a psychologist, I believe there has never been a more pressing time to support the community than now.
It is estimated that two in five Australians aged between 16-85 experience a mental illness, such as depression, anxiety or substance disorder.
In 2023, almost half a million workers experienced a work-related injury. Studies show that early intervention can achieve an incredible return of $7 for every $1 invested and engaging a rehab provider within the first 8 weeks can reduce the claim duration by half and minimise costs and ongoing risks.
At Work OH&S are committed to fostering healthy and safe work environments, supporting those who suffer now, and strive to design and implement programs that reduce risks.

Warwick Brown
Director | Psychologist | Rehab Consultant BSc (Psych) MAPS
Warwick has over 23 years' experience in workplace rehabilitation and psychology.
He is passionate about health and psychology and has extensive experience in complex trauma.
Warwick is also an executive board member for International Association of Applied Neuroscience.
Valentina Grasevski
Psychologist | Rehab Consultant Post Grad Dip (Psych), BSc SocSc (Psych)
Valentina is a genuine and empathetic psychologist with a wealth of experience in cognitive behaviour therapy and chronic pain related anxiety and depression.
She has 20 years' experience in workplace rehabilitation and strives to see positive and sustainable outcomes for her clients.
Philippa Cable
Managing Director | Business Consultant | RestoreHER MBA, GradDipPH,
Philippa is an experienced business leader with a desire to support other business leaders to create safe and healthy workplaces. She is also passionate about female health, and providing holistic health programs that contribute to resilient and healthy communities. Philippa is also an active non-executive board member.
